How It Works

Whether this is your first time building or your third, we’ll walk you through the process with honesty, experience, and support. We’ve helped families across Utah County build homes they love — and enjoy the journey along the way.
1. Initial Consultation
We sit down, ask questions, and listen. We’ll talk about your land, your vision, your timeline, and your budget — and give honest feedback about what’s possible.
2. Design + Planning
Bring your own plan or choose one of ours. We’ll help you fine-tune layout, finishes, and style so the home fits your life and land.
3. Permitting + Site Prep
We handle city permits, inspections, and prepare your lot for a clean, efficient build. No red tape for you to manage.
4. Construction
Expect weekly updates, a project schedule you can rely on, and respectful crews who treat your site like home — even before it is.
5. Final Walkthrough + Move-In
We walk it with you, fix anything that’s not perfect, and hand off keys to a home that’s 100% yours.
